These terms govern your use of Ponora services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use our services.
Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your content (recordings, transcriptions, notes). Ponora retains all rights to the platform, AI models, and proprietary technology.
Restrictions
You may not reverse-engineer our services, use them for illegal purposes, share your account, or attempt to circumvent usage limits.
Service Changes
We may modify or discontinue features with 30 days notice. Material changes to these terms will be communicated via email.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
