Return Eligibility

You may return hardware products within 14 days of delivery (EU cooling-off period). Products must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact support@ponora.ai with your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Methods

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including shipping costs.

Subscription Refunds

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. Yearly subscriptions are refundable within 30 days of purchase. No partial refunds are available after the 30-day period.
